The Audit Live Call
The Studio
This Agreement is entered into between Arillo Studio LLC, operating as The Studio ("The Studio") and the individual booking the Audit Live Call ("Client"). Client may be the student or a parent/guardian booking on the student's behalf. By completing payment, Client agrees to the following terms.
The Audit Live Call is a 30-minute live conversation, held over Zoom, available only to Clients who have already received their Audit Feedback document and video walkthrough. It is a follow-up conversation, not a standalone service — The Studio does not offer the Audit Live Call independent of a completed Audit.
The Audit Live Call may be booked only after delivery of the Audit Feedback. The booking link is included in the Audit Feedback delivery email. The Studio reserves the right to decline a booking made without a completed Audit.
The fee for the Audit Live Call is $150, collected in full at the time of booking via Luma.
Audit Live Calls are held Fridays only. Booking requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice — the scheduler will not display slots inside that window. Holidays are blocked in advance and will not appear as available.
The Audit Live Call must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase. The Studio is not responsible for calls that go unscheduled within this window; no extension or refund is available once the 30 days lapse without a call having been scheduled.
Client may reschedule once at no charge, with at least 24 hours' notice before the originally booked time. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, and Client no-shows, forfeit the session — the fee is not refunded and the call is not rerun.
The Audit Live Call fee is non-refundable once purchased, including in cases of no-show or late cancellation, except where The Studio is unable to deliver the call for reasons within its own control (see Section 10).
The Audit Live Call is a conversation to talk through the Audit Feedback already delivered — it is not a second review, a line-edit session, or an opportunity to submit new materials. The Studio Guide will not review new documents live on the call.
Anything discussed on the call is treated with the same confidentiality as the Audit materials themselves. The Studio will not share, publish, or reference anything discussed without Client's explicit written consent.
Nothing in this Agreement or in the Audit Live Call constitutes a guarantee of admission to any college or university. Admission decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions.
If The Studio is unable to deliver the Audit Live Call due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond The Studio's reasonable control, The Studio will notify Client as soon as practicable and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled call at Client's election.
The Studio's total liability for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Audit Live Call.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of this Agreement continue in full force and effect.
By completing payment, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Audit Live Call and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
